بعض المعلومات عن كبد الانسان
Liver is the largest gland of the body, weighing 1200-1600g.
الكبد هي أكبر غده في جسم الانسان تزن حوالي 1200-1600 جرام.
Situated in the top right portion of the abdomen cavity
تقع الكبد في الجزء العلوي الأيمن من التجويف البطني.
Functions of the liver are
وظائف الكبد هي:
1. It synthesizes bile, which drains into the gall bladderbefore being released into the duodenum
تؤلف الصفراء الذي يصب في المرارة قبل تحريره الى الاثنى عشر.
2. The liver is an important site of metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.It regulates the amount of blood sugar, removes exess amino acids, and stores and metabolizes fats
ان الكبد لها دور مهم في تأيض الكربوهيدرات و البروتين و الدهون، فهي تنظم مقدار السكر في الدم و تزيل او تقضي على الفائض من الأحماض الأمينيه و لها دور في تخزين و أيض الدهون.
3. The liver also synthesizes fibrinogen, prothrombin, and heparin and has an important role in the detoxification of poisonous substances.
ان للكبد دور أيضا في تكون الفيبرينوجين و البروثرومبين و الهيبارين، كما لها دور مهم في تخفيف و ازالة سمية المواد السامه.
